Refunds/Exchanges

Due to the products we sell, there will be no returns or exchanges issued unless an error has been made us “Miromcare Ltd.”, or if
your ordered package arrives damaged during transit within 30 days receipt of shipment.
 
We are unable to accept phone orders. All returns/exchanges will be done through online email/text communications.
 
We do not offer refunds nor accept returns for variations in viscosity, scent, color, which all vary from batch to batch from nature
depending on the growing conditions, varietal, and harvest time from supply of products.
