Due to the of the products we sell, there are no returns or exchanges unless, when, an error has been made us. Or
the package arrives damaged during transit when opened within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
 
We cannot accept returns because you ordered the wrong item.
 
We are unable to accept phone orders.
 
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for variations in viscosity, scent, color, which all vary from batch to batch from nature
depending on the growing conditions, varietal, harvest time of supply.
 
Our website does not calculate shipping or tax, does not charge your credit card.
